Change the boot order in Linux installed dualboot systems

There are several ways to change the boot order. It can be achieved via Grub or simpler the grub customizer. Or the efibootmgr tool. There is even the possibility to install refind. Or even from windows itself if windows is installed. You can also edit the grub config. Just as additional information.
